ORDERING ONLINE

  1. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
    Shopping at MyResqProducts.com is safe. Our site is protected by SSL encryption technology to prevent data theft. We use software which has an outstanding reputation for providing shoppers the safest, most secure shopping environment possible.
  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. It is our policy to not charge your credit card until we confirm your order has shipped. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
  3. Can I order items with Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?
    Yes but we will not ship your order until 10 days after receiving your payment. Please be sure to include your payment check a piece of paper listing your name, address, phone number, email address, and the products you wish to order. 
  4. Do you accept backorders?
    We always try to keep inventory in stock. On those rare occasions when we do run out of stock, we will accept your order and ship it as soon as possible. Your charge card will not be charged until we ship your product.
  5. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
    No, none of our supplements are currently taxable.
  6. Do you have stores we can visit or a catalog we can order?
    We do not have a retail store however you can request a catalog by filling out the catalog request form on our website.

SHIPPING

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?
    For standard shipping in the United States, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days though many shipments arrive at their destination within a few days – particularly those on the east coast. We ship orders within one business day. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, US territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  2. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fees will be calculated in your shopping cart. Additional custom fees, duties and other charges may need to be paid upon entry to your country or delivery to your address.
  3. Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes.
  4. What do you charge for standard shipments on an order?
    The cost of regular shipping in the continental USA is $6.95 for all orders under $100 and FREE for all orders over $100.   Overnight shipping, two day shipping, and shipping internationally is extra.
  5. Can I pick up my order?
    Yes. We offer pick up at our headquarters in Pennsburg, PA to accommodate our customers who live locally. Please keep in mind that since we are not a retail location, we do require 2 business days from the time your order is placed to the time your order will be available for pick up at our location. Pick up times are Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm eastern time. Our adddress is 404 Main Street, Pennsburg, PA 18073 (next to the Dunkin Donuts which is located at hte intersection of Main Street and Route 663).  If paying by credit card, your order can be placed online or by calling 1-800-262-5483. When checking out online, choose the shipping option "In-store Pickup". If paying by check, your check must be received at least 2 business days prior to pick up. If sending your check by mail, please call to confirm that your check has been received and your order is ready for pick up before arriving at our location. If your order is ready sooner, we will call to notify you.

    Every supplement we formulate, manufacture, and offer to you is always thoroughly researched and developed. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. How do I return a product and get a refund?
    We want you to be happy with your order! If you are unsatisfied in any way, you may return any product you order from us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping fees. We prefer to have the product returned with the original invoice and would appreciate if you write on the invoice the reason for returning the product.
