  1. How does the Auto Shipment Plan work? 
    When placing your order online, you’ll be able to select the frequency of your desired shipments in your shopping cart. You will be billed for and will receive your first shipment promptly after payment is received. Then, subsequent shipments will be billed at the Auto Shipment Plan price and sent on the regular shipping schedule you select. Delivery and billing will be repeated until you cancel your plan or if the plan is ever discontinued.
  2. Is there any obligation to continue in the Auto Shipment Plan
    No. You may cancel at any time by calling Customer Service at 1-800-262-5483, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST). Once you cancel, you won’t receive or be billed for any future shipments, unless the shipment has already shipped.
  3. How do I make changes to my Auto Shipment Plan?
    Your Auto Shipment plan can be customized by logging into your account online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-262-5483, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET). Changes will be applied to all future shipments, or to selected shipments, as you designate. If you opt to manage your plan online, you will easily be able to change information like payment method or shipment frequency. You can also delay or accelerate your next shipment. Just click on My Account and select Subscriptions to make your changes. Each product you have scheduled for Auto Shipment will be listed. Click More Info next to each item you wish to make an adjustment to. Click Modify Subscription to change your frequency of shipments, shipping address, or payment information. If you wish to change your quantity of items or cancel your subscription, please call Customer Service at 1-800-262-5483, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST), or e-mail us anytime at service@res-q.com.
  4. What forms of payment can I use to pay for Auto Shipment Plan?
    Orders for the Auto Shipment Plan can be placed by credit card. We’re sorry but we can’t accept PayPal, check, or money orders for Auto Shipments.
  5. Are all products eligible for the Auto Shipment Plan? 
    No, although most of our products are eligible.  In the shopping cart section on the right side of each product page, you will see whether a product can be placed on the Auto Shipment Plan.
