If you struggle with high blood sugar, high cholesterol, digestive issues, constant food cravings or weight gain, adding fiber to your diet could help. The average person consumes as little as 12 grams of fiber a day – significantly less than the recommended 20-35 grams.

Don’t worry, getting more fiber can be pretty easy. Try these tasty recipes – and reap all the health benefits of fiber:

  • Minimizes blood sugar spikes
  • Makes you feel fuller for longer
  • Relieves digestive upset
  • Improves bowel regularity
  • Helps lower cholesterol

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 banana

1 cup milk of choice (cow, rice, almond, etc.)

1 scoop Res-Q Land ‘n’ Sea Fiber powder

½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries

1 Tablespoon peanut or almond butter

1 cup plain yogurt

Add all ingredients together. Blend on medium speed. Eat with a full 8-ounce glass of water.

Fruit Yogurt Parfait

1 cup strawberry yogurt

1 scoop Res-Q Land ‘n’ Sea Fiber powder

¼ cup granola

¼ cup fresh blueberries

Stir fiber power into yogurt. Top with granola and blueberries. Eat with a full 8-ounce glass of water.

Raisin Muffins

3 teaspoons baking powder

¾ cup sugar

1 egg

1 cup milk of choice (cow, rice, almond, etc.)

1 scoop Res-Q Land ‘n’ Sea Fiber

¼ cup vegetable oil or Res-Q 1250 Liquid
